Mr Carl Fredricksen. UP!

So this guy was also much easier to make than first anticipated!
I thoughthe would be a challenge, but once you break it up: this is pretty simple.

I always go for a sugar free recipe, and generally also a wheat free recipe.
Today I didn't!
Its sugar free, (i used coconut sugar)
but I used organic plain flour today.

Sweet and lovely old man pancakes recipe:

-1 1/2 cup sifted plain flour

-2 tsp baking powder

-2 tbs coconut sugar

-1/8 tsp (tiny pinch) himalayan salt
(i turn my salt grinder once)

-1 1/2 cup milk
(forgot to take a picture of the milk, but Im sure you know how it looks =)

-1 egg

-1 tbs vanilla bean paste
(or whatever you want to
use to give it a special flavour.
Cinnamon? Lime?
Vanilla essence?...
But then you have to add more
or less depending on your choice)

-2 tbs organic cold pressed coconut oil

Mix the dry ingredients with a wisk!
Mix in the wet ingredients, starting with the milk.
There will be a few lumps, thats fine. Don't over work the batter to get rid of the lumps as that will give you a tough old man pancake ;)
Put into a squeeze bottle or bag or whatever you prefer:

...and draw beautifully on your frying pan/skillet .
Like so:

(Beautiful huh?)

Then, if your making Mr Fredricks, your gonna want his skin to be pale, so no heavy frying!

Then comes the fun part: the guessing game:

Then trying out the glasses on a volunteer:

Then putting the pieces together:

Draw with a squeezie bottle with chocolate inside:

And tada!
Add some details with cream cheese...

Write UP! with a knife on a Pawpaw...

And your good to go :)

Now, wasn't that the funnest 10 minutes you've spent in the morning lately?
And might I add; yummy!
