1: Mash 3 bananas all mushy!
2: Make oatmeal from tolled oats.
-wroom- TADA! Go!
3: Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg,
1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbs coconut sugar to the banana mix.

4: Then add the oatmeal.
5: Now add 2 eggs, 2 tbs coconut oil, 1/2 lime juice!
6: Mix all but don't over mix!
Then you will get tough and chewy rubber pancakes!
(Note: These are not as awesome as the almond pancakes to make food art with, but they are WAY better tasting and I'm sure that you can make something much more creative than my monkey from this batter. Just flip them carefully :)
7: Then serve with some apple and decorate with some chocolate sauce =)
8: Then you Hi Five!
(yourself, the mirror, the monkey, your kid! Whoever! Just Hi five!
It makes us feel goooood)
THEN you eat! Yum yum!! I will be making these again soon for sure!
